A 55-year-old woman from Hammanskraal, north of Pretoria, Wendy Kaleni has been living in hell since her husband passed away in 2013.
Another trouble is that her husband’s family turned against her. Her in-laws treated her badly shortly after the death of her husband and apparently wanted to take her home.
The time she was in the Eastern Cape, when her legs were amputated in 2016, the in-laws allegedly missused her man’s funeral policy. Apparently, she was attacked when she needed answers.
This childless woman is always at home by herself. Her life took a turn for the worse after her husband died.
She cannot cook on her own or do housekeeping without the help of generous neighbors.
Her husband’s family is in conflict with her family.
Now she wants the families to come together so she can move on with her life.
