Archbishop Stephen Bafana Zondo, 55, head of the Rivers of Living Waters Ministries, will appear on Monday 23 August at the Pretoria High Court.
He is charged with rape, contravening the Sexual Offenses Act and defeating the ends of justice.
It is alleged that one of the victims whom Bishop Zondo, who faces nine charges, allegedly raped on several occasions is a family member.
The man of the cloth has allegedly raped the victim in 1980 while she was eight or nine years old.
The other victims who were allegedly sexually assaulted by the well-known bishop were members of his church.
According to Lumka Mahanjana, National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) Regional Spokesperson, the matter is expected to sit from 23 August to 17 September 2021 at Court GA.
Meanwhile, the NPA has withdrawn charges against Bishop Israel Makamu on the 17 August.
