The community of Xihoko and Nkambako Village outside Tzaneen in Limpopo is in shock after a suspect allegedly killed a man and slashed his stomach with a knife.
Madala Mongwe is said to have committed this crime and is now hiding in the bushes of Xihoko village.
According to our source, all of this happened after Mongwe allegedly tried to rob the deceased. He failed in all attempts to rob and eventually stabbed the victim’s stomach with a knife.
The communities of Xihoko and Nyakelani villages were extremely active in searching for the suspect in the nearby bushes and found evidence of his hiding spot in a large tree.
Blankets, clothes, and other basic items were found in the place by the community.
“The communities of Xihoko and their neighbors are advised to be vigilant while in the bushes because it is not a safe place,” said a source.
