Honey Maake (26) is grateful to have survived a brutal shooting.
Speaking from a health facility where he is receiving treatment, Maake said he was from a party on the 25th March around 4:30 am when he saw thugs next to his yard.
The thugs between the ages of 25 and 26 were heavily armed and driving a silver Hyundai Getz.
He said without saying anything, they followed him when he walked into the yard and shor him in the leg.
They proceeded and shot him in the head three times, but the bullets only scratched him, but left him with wounds.
“They believed that I had died as I was on the floor. I thank my ancestors to have protected my life,” he said.
“I don’t know why they wanted me dead,” said a shocked Maake.
One of the Alex residents who was with Maake in the hospital, said the bullet was still stuck in his leg.
No case was opened. Maake asks the police for help in opening the case for him from the hospital.
