A 6-year-old boy, Kwanda Shadrack Dladla, ran away from home on 09 June 2021 and never came back.
Alex police spokesperson, sergeant Simphiwe Mbatha has confirmed that they were investigating a case of a missing child.
Mbatha said Zanele Lucia Dladla of 144 -4th Avenue, Alexandra told the police that her son was playing with his friend, Siyabonga, at the aforementioned address.
“Kwanda’s mother was approached by Siyabonga’s father and explained to her that they had broken someone’s car (headlight).
“Then he took a belt and hit the boys. Kwanda fled, and never came home, Mbatha said.
Kwanda was wearing a black and white jean; yellow and blue sneakers, navy, red and white jersey.
