According to Sunday World, Shebeshxt is receiving treatment for a broken leg, an abdominal fracture, and head injuries after colliding with a truck on Saturday night.

The Limpopo Artists Movement (LAM) has sent controversial rapper Shebeshxt its condolences after he lost his daughter when his vehicle collided with a truck.

Lehlogonolo Katlego Chauke, popularly known as Shebeshxt, was involved in a car accident on Saturday evening on the R37 Road next to Smelters Mine in Limpopo.

The nine-year-old girl was travelling with the musician on his way to perform at an ANC Siyanqoba Rally celebration concert in Lebowakgomo.

There were three passengers in Shebeshxt’s Volkswagen Polo when the vehicle collided with a truck and overturned.

In a statement on Monday, the organisation said its thoughts and prayers are with Shebeshxt and his family during this difficult time.

“We cannot imagine the pain and grief they must be experiencing, but we want them to know that they are not alone,” reads the statement.

“The entire artistic community stands in solidarity with them, offering comfort and support. Shebe is not only a talented artist but also a valued member of our creative fraternity.

“We have witnessed his dedication to his craft and his passion for inspiring others through his work. We hope that our collective support will provide some solace during this trying period.”

The organisation also urged all artists, fans, and supporters to join it in sending messages of comfort and condolence to Shebeshxt and his family.

LAM officials visit Shebeshxt
“Let us rally around them and offer a shoulder to lean on in their time of need. May Shebe’s daughter rest in peace, and may the family find strength in the love and support that surround them.”

The representatives of LAM are said to have visited Shebeshxt’s family and also paid a visit to the rapper in the hospital.

Police said in a statement on Sunday that there were three passengers in the vehicle at the time of the collision. The third person has not been identified.
