A man was found dead at the entrance to Setjwetla near Vasco road (Florence Maphosho) in Alex this morning.
It’s unknown whether he was shot or stabbed to death, but he had blood on his shirt.
He had his hands tied in the back and had no shoes on.
For nearly two hours, the police van was out of sight.
“Police are not patrolling this area. They would have seen the deceased by now,” said a car driver who claimed to have called the police.
Most drivers who stopped said they did not recognize the deceased.
“I suspect that guy was murdered somewhere and dumped here,” said an Avanza driver.
