Magatle Detectives are investigating a case of murder after a man in his 30s was stabbed to death at Mehlareng village, Magatle policing area in Capricorn District on Friday, 13 September 2024, at about 16:30.
According to police reports, the victim was at the local tavern when the suspect showed up and initiated a fight, and an altercation followed.
He then stabbed one of the customers with a knife on his upper body and left the scene, leaving the victim bleeding to death.
Emergency Medical Service personnel were notified and summoned to the scene.They certified the victim dead on their arrival at the scene.
Police opened a murder case.
