The Department of Public Works Roads and Transport has opportunities for Learnership Programme in Road Traffic Law Enforcement NQF Level 4, Ref: RTLE – 2021 for the period of twelve (12) consecutive months (one year).

Requirements
The applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old and unemployed.
Authentic Grade 12 certificate·
Valid driver’s licence
Proof of residence
No criminal record
Applicants must be physically fit
Applications must be accompanied by a completed Z83 form with relevant reference number, brief CV, certified copies of qualification(s) and ID
Participants will undergo an interview, medical test examination and criminal record checks. Participants will undergo both theory and practical training for one (1) year upon signing of a one year (1) year contract.

South African National Parks internship
(SANParks) is the leading conservation authority in all national parks, responsible for 3 751 113 hectares of protected land in 20 national parks. It draws its mandate from the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act, Act 57 of 2003.

Who is eligible to apply?
To qualify for the Internship Placement Programme, you must:
Be an unemployed graduate age 18 – 35.
Must be a South African Citizen.
Have completed a Bachelor Degree/National Diploma (NQF 6/ NQF 7) under the above-mentioned discipline/ fields of study from a South African Public Higher Education Institution (HEI).
Must not have previously been employed nor participated in an Internship/placement programme.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage customers on post-paid in the telecommunications industry
• Inbound Client Calling
• Manage complaints and queries
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Must be available for a 5 month contract period – no extension
• Grade 12
• Previous experience within a Call Centre
• Telecommunication / Cellular Network background is essential
• Previous Post-Paid Cellular Network experience is a must
• Insurance customer service background would be a big plus
• Candidates must be Criminal clear
• English business language is a must
Package & Remuneration
• Salary R69.22 per hour
• Start April – must be immediately available to start
• 5 Month Contract
