A woman was allegedly found dead by hanging herself with a cellphone charger in a hospital bathroom.
On Sunday at 1 pm, a 36-year-old woman admitted to Dr George Mukhari Academic Hospital, was discovered dead in the bathroom by a nurse.
The nurse noticed the locked bathroom door and sought help to open it.
Upon entering, they found the patient deceased, having hanged herself using a cellphone charger.
