The death of Tebogo, a gay activist who was allegedly killed by patrollers, resulted in some community members becoming angry and attacking the two patrollers in Alex believed to be responsible for his murder.
And the spirit of the patrollers was demoralized following the assault of the patrollers , according to King Tsonga, the Commander In Chief of Alex Patrollers.
However, now the patrollers have returned to the Alex streets with full dedication and zeal to fight crime, King Tsonga told Alex Reporter.
Speaking to Alex FM recently, Game Changer, one of the leaders of the patrollers, said that crime has dropped from 85% to 15% in Alex due to the patrollers’ involvement in dealing with criminals.
These are the images of the alleged nabbed thugs, some of whom were found in the act of crime.
