The sangoma linked to the brutal murder of Modjadji Thoka appeared in Polokwane High Court .
The traditional healer was arrested after he led the police to the dismembered body parts of the 18 – year old teenager.
Thoka disappeared from her home at Mokomene village in Botlokwa on the 5th of January on her way to buy airtime.
A few days later the dismembered body of the Grade 11 learner was found in an abandoned parliament at Mokomene village.
A few days later, the sangoma was arrested after he was found with body parts believed to be of the deceased.
Thoka was laid to rest in May.
